Relais Twelve B&B - Florence

This place has a fantastic location, right by the San Lorenzo Market and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. the staff here are really friendly and always have a smile on their face. the food is great, and they even offer complimentary drinks 🥂.

The room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and spacious.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with very nice design. The location is incredibly comfortable, as the hotel is based in the city center.

Beautiful and charming venue, perfect location not far from train station, dining, markets, key sights, bars, restaurants, and shops and shops, appreciated our stay. The staff and the host were all really helpful. The room was new-fashioned, moreover stylish with excellent facilities...

The suite room provided a TV and had a very nice design, there were also tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator in the room, and all the staff were super-friendly.

This place is beautiful, absolutely charming, and the staff is friendly; its location near a fortress palace is convenient, and we had a great stay here.

The rooms are spotless and have a fabulous and very nice design. Excellent facilities, including a TV. There is a great selection of goodies for breakfast. The location is favorable and amazing, only 15 minutes' drive from Peretola Airport.

The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The location was perfect, close to tourist attractions and the train station. The host, Katy, was helpful and provided important tips about the area. The complimentary chocolates, flowers, wine, and extra food were a nice touch.
